Friendly staff, very helpful service provided by Joshua (he even printed up a copy of my registration for me), good experience

Most of the things the salesman told us were not true. We were instructed that our lender would be Ally..... it is Capital One. We were told that the extra key/fob would be mailed to us. Ended up, it was lost and a new one had to be ordered. Also told that any GMC dealership could program it.... this is true, for $160.00, so missed a days work to drive back there to program the fob. The salesman also stated that when we returned for the key fob programming that the gas tank would be topped off. Turns out, nobody knew anything about that.

Josh was super nice. Service took longer than what I expected. And it was more money than expected.

Everyone I interacted with was friendly and professional. I have no complaints about my visit.

There is more wrong with my vehicle after I took it to be fixed. I took it in for an oil leak (which was covered under warranty) and to have a state inspection. I picked up the vehicle and 30min after getting it back (& after it was inspected) I had to have the vehicle towed back there because the engine overheated and there was no coolant in the car. The morning after getting the car back the check engine light came on so I took it in and the service associate cleared the code saying there was a clog in the catalytic converter and it was safe to drive WITH THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT ON, which disables the automatic starter. I drove it to work two days and the vehicle still would not hold any coolant. I took it back and they said it was a hose and fitting, which they fixed but will not fix the issues that were caused by this coolant saying everything was a coincidence. I have never felt so offended or screwed over! I grew up hanging with my dad in the garage watching him fix and repair vehicles. The major cause of a clog in the catalytic converter is from oil or coolant leaking into the exhaust system. I took the vehicle in because of an oil leak and got it back after inspection with an issue with the coolant and they are refusing any responsibility. The warranty company told me that they are responsible for fixing the vehicle. I was told by the service department to contact my sales person. I’ve only had the vehicle a year on 3/29. I have purchased multiple vehicles from Cochran and this will be my last. I am not accepting this outcome.

It took 3 days to inspect my truck, replace the horn, install 2 radiator hoses. Other than that, they did a good job.

Had my car for 6 days nothing was done. I put a call in to the service manger left a message and NO call back. Very poor business. When I brought the car I brought extended warranty with the car and the parts that I needed , they said they weren’t covered. So my car was never worked on. We were at the dealer and the service guy was off those days and the other said he could not do anything for me. I asked to talk to a manager and he said there wasn’t any manger there. Very disappointed!

Bought a new Buick Encore from Tom and received top notch professional service. Highly recommend #1 Cochran in Robinson Township and would deal with Tom. He treats you like a life long customer with quality service second to none.

Front brake pad monitor was not working. Tech said it was due to rust on the rotors and would have to replace rotors and brakes. Pads still had over 70 percent life left on them. This truck is used everyday and is garage kept so how did it have time to rust. Also the rear rotors were fine. The truck was also there for inspection and tech said everything was fine. The truck has just under 29,000 miles on it. First time I ever had to replace rotors that early. Also ask them for a price to install new antenna assembly because I damaged mine. I can buy the part at mygmparts.com for $71 and they wanted to charge me over $800.00 to install. The service should be able to be completed in about an hour. I will not be using this dealer in the future for service.
