I was disappointed that dealerships will not move on the window sticker but I guess most are doing that these days?? I just bought the Canyon so I really don’t know much about this dealership yet!

I had to do most of the legwork to make my purchase happen. It was almost impossible to get anyone to call me back despite leaving several messages, text messages, and emails. I had financing, I had a down payment, I just needed them to confirm my trade offer. They assumed I couldn’t work any numbers on my end and so weren’t even giving me the time of day. I received a text message at one point pretty much blowing me off, with no response to my follow up messages or calls. I eventually had to go directly through the sales manager, who quoted me more than double the down payment my finance company had originally given me (I had to call the loan company myself in order to even obtain the info). We went over the numbers again, and lo and behold the financing was off and they were able to get me back to my original down payment. I live 3 hours away and had let them know for a week that I would be down on a specific day, then magically they had no one working that day to do the financing. Ended up having to drive another 3 hours a different day to finish my purchase. The only reason I stuck with this is because of the vehicle, knowing what I wanted and what I was getting with it. This was by far the most difficult car buying experience I have ever had, despite these guys advertising themselves as making the process smooth and simple. On a good note, once I was there to sign all the paperwork I was in and out in about an hour.

The service department was helpful and receptive in dropping off my vehicle for maintenance. They kept me in the loop from the start to the end.
I left the dealership and didn't even make it down Campbell's Run Road. The engine light & stability light came on. I went back, but no technician was available an hour before they supposedly closed. Had to drive the car home. Told the manager would, never did. Charged me $200 in labor to replace the battery & still didn't fix what I said was wrong.
Customer service has been great. Very friendly and accommodating. Facility is clean and bright, welcoming.
They were reasonably able to handle my emergency repair and got it covered under warranty.

Communication by service leadership was worse than poor it was non existent. I made repeated calls to try and get a status of my vehicle repair only to leave VM with no return calls for over 1 full business day. Your automated system is good for #1 but terrible for your customers. Only after I left a VM for the Service General Manager did I get an immediate call back, good to know where your priorities are and my repairs were comped! I guess if you can not earn customer loyalty you have to buy it !!!

The GMC dealership is a joke. We bought a used car from them on January 1st this year and they told me they would certify it and install the proper back tail light because it had a non factory light. They told us they would need a day to install and certify the vehicle. They did not give us a copy of any of our paperwork when we left and said we would get it all when we came back to pick the vehicle up. It was taking longer than a day so they allowed us to take the vehicle home and said they would call us when the tail light came in. After about a few weeks of going back and forth with the sales rep, John Martin, he stopped texting me back when I asked for updates on having the tail light replaced. I waited another couple weeks and called the dealership and asked to talk to the manager. I was told he’s busy. I asked for his phone number to call him directly and was told they are not allowed to give out his number. So I left a message but he never called me back. I called the parts department and they said a part had never been ordered. I called the dealership again and they said they would look into it and that Jon would call me back and he never did. I finally then went to the dealership in person and I said I wanted to talk to the sales manager. They told me he was in a meeting and asked what I wanted l. I told them my story and they remembered me from calling multiple times and then made me meet with Jon Martin. I told Jon I wanted my paperwork and an answer about the tail light. This was in May and I bought the car in January. Jon met with the parts dept and told me they ordered the part and it would be in the following Tuesday. I didn’t get a call. I texted Jon and he said parts should call me. I got no calls so I called parts and they said the part was not ordered and they needed approval to order it. I told them I was told it was ordered and they said they would call me back. I called them the following week and spoke to a person named Dan who was very helpful and heard my story. He said he was going to take matters into his own hands and order the part. He ordered it - now beginning of June- and it came in the next day. We then finally had it installed on June 6th. The dealership is an absolute joke and rip off. I tell everyone I know what happened and I will belong posting all over social media.
