My car was in for service for 2 days and nothing was found wrong with my car. I was not charged for any service. But, I used Uber to get to a meeting and rented a car to get to an appointment the following day.

After reading a lot of the negative reviews, I guess my positive one will be a surprise to some. Bought a new Canyon Denali here last year and it was time for my first oil change and also needed a state inspection. Booked the appointment on the myGMC app - no problem, and received email confirmation and reminders. Appointment was 9:30 yesterday morning and I was done by 11:00. No problems and quick service. Side note - the first oil change is no charge and lifetime state inspections are no charge, but you do have to pay for the emissions inspection.
It was very easy to find a convenient date and time for the service appointment. I initially was going to wait for the work to be completed, but it was going to be several hours, so I was provided with a ride home, as well as back to the dealership the following day. The person who helped me was also very friendly, and kept me apprised of what was wrong, how it was being fixed, and when it would be ready. Great service!
They replace the weather stripping like I asked.

My Buick encore needed the battery and starter replaced. It was a scramble getting towed from place to place and dealing with the warranty I thankfully had for the starter, but Christine and the team were so quick and helpful, and had my car done the same day they started working on it.
Staff is friendly and helpful. The repairs on my truck were completed ahead of schedule.
I made an appointment to get an oil change and tire rotation with Noah at the Robinson GMC Buick facility for my 2025 Silverado. I arrived a little early but Noah, My customer service representative was able to take it into the service department right away and have the service completed in a very short time. I am very happy with the treatment I received. Noah exemplifies the true meaning of great customer service!

The service was good, when I called for an appointment for tires the scheduler told me that the price of the tires included mounting and balancing but that was not the case I was taken back when I was told that was not the case and it was not in the price so I had to come up with more than I expected.

How long until I will receive a new vehicle registration card, by postal mail, that has 2019 Ford Fiesta on it?
Most of the things the salesman told us were not true. We were instructed that our lender would be Ally..... it is Capital One. We were told that the extra key/fob would be mailed to us. Ended up, it was lost and a new one had to be ordered. Also told that any GMC dealership could program it.... this is true, for $160.00, so missed a days work to drive back there to program the fob. I purchased a 2025 Buick envista from Robinson Cochran last year. Upon the purchase I got the total care car warranty which covers everything even sidewall damage to tires. Unfortunately, I got a nail in my tire. Took it to Cochran, and because of where the nail was I needed a new tire. The service department said it wasn’t under warranty.
