How long until I will receive a new vehicle registration card, by postal mail, that has 2019 Ford Fiesta on it?
Most of the things the salesman told us were not true. We were instructed that our lender would be Ally..... it is Capital One. We were told that the extra key/fob would be mailed to us. Ended up, it was lost and a new one had to be ordered. Also told that any GMC dealership could program it.... this is true, for $160.00, so missed a days work to drive back there to program the fob. I purchased a 2025 Buick envista from Robinson Cochran last year. Upon the purchase I got the total care car warranty which covers everything even sidewall damage to tires. Unfortunately, I got a nail in my tire. Took it to Cochran, and because of where the nail was I needed a new tire. The service department said it wasn’t under warranty. Noah was awesome as usual. I was in and out in no time. Oil change and a tire rotation. All fluids topped off. Brakes and tires checked. All in u der an hour. The coffee was awesome also!

Everyone I interacted with was friendly and professional. I have no complaints about my visit.
Went very well; they worked on the one concern I had with the steering pulling and I also learned about the Lane Keep Assist Feature that affects the steering.

There is more wrong with my vehicle after I took it to be fixed. I took it in for an oil leak (which was covered under warranty) and to have a state inspection. I picked up the vehicle and 30min after getting it back (& after it was inspected) I had to have the vehicle towed back there because the engine overheated and there was no coolant in the car. It took 3 days to inspect my truck, replace the horn, install 2 radiator hoses. Other than that, they did a good job.
We called the dealership with our interest in a Terrain Elevation. We were greeted by Chip who immediately went to work to find the car that we wanted and the deal we could afford. Chip was kind and professional. He listened to our concerns and helped us navigate the new computer display in the vehicle. We love our new car and will recommend Cochran GMC to our family and friends.

Had my car for 6 days nothing was done. I put a call in to the service manger left a message and NO call back. Very poor business. When I brought the car I brought extended warranty with the car and the parts that I needed , they said they weren’t covered. So my car was never worked on. We were at the dealer and the service guy was off those days and the other said he could not do anything for me. I asked to talk to a manager and he said there wasn’t any manger there. Very disappointed!

Front brake pad monitor was not working. Tech said it was due to rust on the rotors and would have to replace rotors and brakes. Pads still had over 70 percent life left on them. This truck is used everyday and is garage kept so how did it have time to rust. Also the rear rotors were fine. The truck was also there for inspection and tech said everything was fine. Service was fine. However I have the Cochran 1 Club and no one knew how to redeem it. Common theme, we weren’t trained how to use it and the logins we were sent were wrong. If Cochran is rolling out a program there should be proper training. I understand the teams frustration. If this program is an attempt to retain or gain new customers it’s going to fail. We contacted the dealership for help finding a car that would work for our 20 year old son and be within his right budget as he is just starting his career. Noah in the service department was excellent. I told him about my issue with the cooling fans coming on when I turned the off the engine on my 2021 GMC Acadia and that I received a notification about it from GMC. Noah scheduled an appointment for me and provided transportation home While the vehicle was being repaired that day.

Timely, but expensive. I was told it'd be $973 for the repair, was disappointed to be charged far more due to the diagnostic charge. That's a lot for a simple OBD read from the cars computer. Also the key drop is poorly located. I wasn't sure we're to leave the car on dropoff. Better signage is needed.

2016 GMC Sierra 58,000 miles something broke internally. I have an aftermarket lift kit purchased it that way manager Josh really didn’t want to do anything with it. Once he found out it was aftermarket. He really didn’t want to touch it. I did ask him if he would price me out factory lift kit wasn’t very receptive.

Joshua Conroy was very professional and helpful and much appreciated. I was very stunned about the cost to make the USB port work correctly connecting with my truck. I guess I should have brought it to your attention on one of my original visits because it has been disconnected since shortly after our purchase and the extended warranty would have taken care of it. He will call me when the replacement parts arrive and we’ll set a date to come in to change it out!
